Yes. We can provide cost estimates at a variety of levels. We can provide high level cost estimating to help get through project approvals and acquire funding for the project. We can also provide detailed budgetary cost estimates where we provide material take-offs, collect quotes and combine them with our own cost data to help set your project budget. If you do your cost estimating internally, we would be happy to review it and see if there are any areas that could use some additional attention. No one likes to be surprised by project costs and we can work with you to help prevent that.

Are you willing to travel to our project site?

Yes. We travel all over the United States to provide our services. Many of our projects are off the beaten path and some can be difficult to get to. We are an easy going bunch and have no problem coming out to your site. In fact we usually prefer to get our hands a little dirty to have a better understanding of the design limitations and the specific challenges your project brings. During construction we find that in many cases our presence on site helps the project run even more smooth.

We need some equipment supported at our facility. Can you help us with that?

Yes. We have provided many equipment platforms and mezzanines to numerous facilities. We can provide something simple or if you have something complex, we can provide a 3D model and even model up your equipment to see how it all fits up. This also allows us to more thoroughly review constructability as well as maintainability and safety. These things all too often get overlooked and can be easily integrated early in the design stage with a 3D model.

Yes. Whether your structure is corroded, cracking or just falling apart we would be happy to take a look. We can do an evaluation and provide you a letter making recommendations or we can provide engineering drawings for a fix that you can give to a fabricator or contractor. It will be easier than you ever dreamed.

We can help you determine the type of pump you need and we will design the piping associated with the new pump(s).  We will work with pump vendors to specify a pump that will meet your needs and we will provide drawings for the installation of the new pump. If it includes a new vault or platform we can provide the engineering drawings for that as well.
